1. Can I change my order after I submit?

Sorry, no changes can be made to orders once you click submit. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase once you receive it, please send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

 

2. My payment method was not accepted.
Ensure that you have submitted the correct credit card number, card identification number and expiry date. Also check that you have sufficient funds in your account. If you are still having problems try an alternative payment method or contact your bank. If all else fails, contact our friendly online customer service team.

 

3. What do I do if I need a refund or exchange on my order?
Please refer to our Exchanges and Refunds page.

 

4. Does The Paper Stone offer an online gift-wrapping service?
Due to the high volume of online orders, we regret that we do not have the resources to offer a gift-wrapping service. Please note that your order will be sent in protective packaging.

 

5. Can I send my order as a gift?
You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. When you make payment, all you need to do is replace your default address details with the recipient's information. The goods will be delivered to the specified address without affecting your default details for future orders.

We send hardcopy invoices/receipts with your package (do let us know should you require them to be removed). All receipts will be emailed to you.

We do require a contact name, phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the package is a surprise present.

 

6. Are there corporate discounts available for bulk orders?

7. Can I customize products, or do special embossing or stamping?

We apologise that we are unable to customize our products, or attach any special names or labels.
